Last night I made this individual-sized Mickey ice cream cake and I managed to snap off a super quick picture before I served it. Tell me that doesn't look amazing! It was oh-so-delish and super easy to make. I'm thinking I may just have a new signature dessert.
Hopefully in the next few days I will make a few more, with better pictures, and a complete step-by-step tutorial. I promise, it was really easy to do and fast to whip up (10-15 minutes of prep time and freeze overnight).
Now, if I could only figure out how to make this using Dole Whips...
